Air Force Academy, Center for Character and Leadership Development

The Air Force Academy, Center for Character and Leadership Development is the center for the total integration of character and leadership development into all aspects of the Academy experience. The Center houses the Scholarship Division, Character and Leadership Education Division, Honor Division and Capstone Events Division creating an unprecedented synergy and sense of community. The new facility is 45,982 ft2. with a total construction cost estimated at $37M. The facility is certified LEED Gold. MEPCx completed the commissioning of the HVAC systems, chilled water systems, heating water systems, computer rooms, radiant hydronic piping systems, exhaust systems, BAS systems, lighting control systems, daylight/dimming control systems, domestic plumbing pumps and heaters.
